Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship our products to ensure efficient delivery to our customers in New Zealand.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in New Zealand.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time within New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. No handling or additional delivery fees apply at checkout.

Tax & Duty Information

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST): For orders shipped within New Zealand, prices are displayed in USD. As the items are shipped locally, applicable New Zealand GST is handled at the point of origin and will not be added as an additional import charge to your order total.

  • No Import Duties: Since your order is dispatched from within New Zealand, you will not be subject to additional international import duties.
